In May 2023, tragedy changed the course of my life. Longing for a lighter, more joyful way of being, I made myself a promise: I would seek Joy. Two years later, I stood on the stage as Ms Senior California 2025 – but the crown was not the destination. It was one of the unexpected transformations on a much deeper journey. Today, I am not the same woman I was in 2023 – I am a woman of Courage and Joy.

During my year as Queen and beyond, my focus as a therapist and author of clinical works has shifted. I have answered a calling to inspire and empower others with my story – Journey From Courage To Joy With A Queen: Rise, Reign and Radiate.
